Mauricio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami. He worked as the Director of Acquisitions for the Etienne Group in Bolivia, where he was involved in the construction of over 300 single-family homes, as well as in the planning, design, and construction of liquid gas distribution centers, a gas extraction plant, and the world's largest cable transportation system. Currently, Mauricio is the CEO and Managing Director at Etienne Equities, where he has overseen the acquisition and management of 543 apartments in the South East of the United States, valued at over $42million. With his extensive experience in construction and commercial real estate, Mauricio brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role,and is dedicated to helping Etienne Equities clients.

Matthias has more than a decade of experience with several major European banks, advising clients in investment related topics and structuring investment products. Subsequently, he consulted financial institutions as a strategy consulting manager, managing major projects and advising on portfolio strategies to improve business results. After one decade in financial services, Matthias took over the management of two South American companies focusing on construction and real estate development in major residential and commercial projects. His experience ranges from the acquisition and development of land to the development and improvement of already existing projects. Matthias is Partner in Etienne Equities where he applies his rich experience, identifying viable real estate projects, and creating measurable investment results. Matthias holds a B.Sc in Financial Management from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, an M.Sc. in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotterdam School of Management | ErasmusUniversity, both with distinction.
